Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had nice and comfortable rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, but there were some issues until the day of my treatment. The service was kind and very helpful, especially in addressing our problems. The location was lovely and convenient for exploring North Wales, but there were disturbances due to rowdy guests on one occasion. The dining offered a nice selection, but there were inconsistencies in quality and portion sizes. Overall, a mixed experience with positives and negatives.
The hotel had lovely and clean rooms, with spacious interiors and a huge, very comfortable bed. The service was particularly sensitive and helpful, with staff going out of their way to accommodate our needs, even allowing us to check in early after a long journey. The location was conveniently positioned between the mountains and the coast, offering easy access to various attractions in North Wales. The dining experience was not very impressive, with limited options and unhelpful staff. Despite this, we found the hotel to be a good choice overall.
The hotel room was small but lovely, with a unique touch until the day of our treatment. We had to keep the curtain closed for privacy, and the bed linen was marked. The menu was the same every night.
